How to Get Skinny Fast in +1 Skinny Per Step

The loop that actually drives progress, read off gameplay footage: levels open gaps, rebirth doubles the multiplier.

You shrink to progress

A player opens one clip by naming the inversion outright: "Usually you start skinny and then you get stronger. But in this game, you start strong and then you get skinnier."

Thinness is not cosmetic. The map is gated by gaps you have to physically fit through, and the gap tells you the level it wants.

The gates are holes with a level on them

Gaps are labelled. In one run the player reads two of them off in a row: "level 100 can fit through here. Level 125 can fit through here." Turn up under-levelled and you simply do not pass — an early attempt fails with "we're not skinny enough to fit through that one."

So a wall in this game is never a puzzle. It is a number, and the treadmill is how you raise it.

Wins buy food, food makes you thinner

Clearing a gap pays wins. Wins unlock better foods, and equipped food raises how fast you thin out. A player states the chain plainly: "the more wins we get, the better foods we can equip. And the better foods we equip, the skinnier we can get."

Not every food unlocks in order — the same player hits one they cannot afford yet and moves on.

Rebirth resets you and multiplies you

Rebirth puts you back to normal size and unlocks the next treadmill tier. The multiplier growth in the clips is the real shape of the mid game.

What we have not checked

The full food list and what each one multiplies, the level threshold for each rebirth, and how many treadmill tiers exist past the coral one. We only have the rungs that happened to be on screen.
